- Look at the links on MY BLOG Which one is MOST interesting to you and WHY?
- Think about history. What is one thing you have always wanted to know from history?
- Do History: Research something COOL, everything has a history so find it out. What's the history of a chair, shoes or the computer mouse? EVERYTHING has a cool story.
- You and History: What event, person or idea from the past RELATES to YOU?
- GET AHEAD: How can you work AHEAD to make you feel comfortable and prepared for your first few days in World History?
- READ and DO: History of the World in 6 Glasses: Introduction Vital Fluids. Keep a 5 W's Chart as you read (WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, WHY)
- LOOK and DO: A History of the World in 100 Objects. Find 5 objects that interest you and create a 5 W's Chart (WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, WHY) for each one.
- LOOK and LEARN: Take a look at the course letter (shared with you via GOOGLE CLASSROOM) take CORNELL NOTES (look that up if need be) on pages 2 and 3
